Man stole bikes for sex thrill

DING Poh Too becomes sexually aroused when riding a motorcycle and he would steal them for joy rides. The 46-year-old bachelor was jailed for 2 1/2 months on Friday for loitering with the intention to commit theft in a car park in Simei. At about 3am on Dec 8 last year, a police patrol saw Ding checking out several parked motorcycles. A search found he had two motorcycle keys and a pair of black gloves on him. He also confessed to planning to steal a 'super bike' - one that has been modified for better performance. He had been caught stealing motorcycles on four occasions between 1995 and 2006. He was also jailed for two months in 2004 for attemping to steal a bike. The court heard that Ding, who had completed his A-levels, is unemployed. He lives alone and does not have any contact with family members.
