Man Pointed Middle Finger & Blocked Driver’s Way At Toa Payoh Carpark After He Honked Him

Once in awhile, we meet with a dangerous driver on the road who doesn’t understand what “driving safe” means and sometimes we meet with a pedestrian who thinks that they own the road.
Just like this hero over here.
Blocked Driver’s Road
On 16 September 2019, a Stomper by the name Mark submitted a story of a man blocking the roadway who pointed the middle finger and hurled vulgarities after being horned.
This incident happened at 120A Lorong 2 Toa Payoh on 6 September 2019.
If you have watched the video, you will notice that the said man was on his phone and was strolling on the road as if he was in the park.

It is also apparent that he was aware that the vehicle is right behind him, however, it seems like he did not have the intention of moving away.
Mark then horned the guy to warn the man that there’s a vehicle behind, however, the man showed his appreciation with his middle finger.

He stood there with his middle finger up for a good five seconds before walking off.
How civilized.
According to Mark, the man only turned away after Mark had pointed to the camera in his car.
Continued Walking In The Middle Of The Road
You would have thought that the man would have stayed at the side of the road. But this man, being self-entitled, remained in the middle of the road.

He was seen standing at the middle of the road, seemingly waiting for Mark.

He then started hurling vulgarities and the oh-so-precious middle finger came up again, because why not.
Maybe he owns the car park. Who knows.
