Man nabbed for trespassing, outrage of modesty

SINGAPORE: A man has been arrested for breaking into a unit in the early hours of the morning along West Coast Road and outraging the modesty of a woman.
Police said they relied on CCTV footages to make the arrest.
The 32-year-old suspect, a Singaporean, is said to have trespassed into the unit at about 4am on Thursday where he also outraged the modesty of the woman.
He was arrested that same day at the Tanjong Penjuru area.
Preliminary investigations revealed the suspect could have been responsible for more break-ins in the Clementi West area.
The suspect will be charged in court on Saturday with criminal trespass.
If convicted, he can be jailed up to three months or fined S$1,500 or given both.
