Assistant manager Foo Ching Poh, 26, admitted to causing hurt to Mr Lim Swee Moon, 52, at the carpark of Block 116 Aljunied Avenue 2 on Feb 12 last year. The court heard that Mr Lim was waiting to reverse his lorry into a lot that had just been vacated when Foo tried to do the same.
As both men were trying to get into the lot at the same time, Mr Lim's lorry grazed the right side mirror of Foo's Car. Foo got down to check and beckoned the victim to come out of his lorry. Mr Lim then told Foo he would pay for the damage. In the midst of an argument, Foo suddenly headbutted Mr Lim on his forehead. He fell to the ground, bleeding from a cut above his left eyebrow. Foo could have been jailed for up to two years and/or fined up to $5,000.
