A contractor hired to lay phone line cables was on Wednesday ordered to serve a two-week short detention order and nine months of day reporting for filming a woman police officer in a toilet cubicle.

23-year-old Ling Jia Hui was working part-time at New Phoenix Park Tower in June 2012 when he saw the 28-year-old officer walk into the female toilet next to the lift lobby.
Ling waited for the victim to enter the cubicle before he used his iPhone to film the woman by placing it over the top of the cubicle.
The victim spotted the iPhone and shouted.
Ling then fled the toilet and walked back to his office on the 10th floor, thinking he got away.
Unknown to him, the CCTV had captured him following the woman into the toilet.
Ling faces another charge of trespassing into the female toilet.
He also insulted the modesty of a woman in May 2012 by calling her and asking about her bra size.
The court heard in mitigation that Ling suffers from paraphilia, which is characterised by "recurrent sexual fantasies, urges and behaviour".
The defence cited a medical report which said Ling has had the urge to call his casual women friends since 2010, talk to them, and pretend to be another person telling them he had their upskirt photos.
Besides the various orders, the court also asked Ling to comply with treatment at the Institute of Mental Health.
