SINGAPORE: A company chief executive officer has been fined $8,800 for behaving in a disorderly manner and for assaulting two policemen.

David Song Hong Ho, 41, committed the offences in the early hours of 25 October, 2011, when he was drunk and had passed out in the back of a taxi.

The vehicle had to stop at a road block along Jalan Bukit Merah towards Alexandra Road.

Police Corporal Badrul Hisyam Rizal woke Song up and asked him to buckle his seat belt.

But the CEO of DH Capital Asia started shouting at the officer.

Court documents stated that Song got out of the taxi and ran towards another officer, Nashahrudin Fasulludi, who was stationed at the road block point.

Corporal Badrul tried to hold Song back as there was oncoming traffic but was kicked in his knee.

A third policeman, Sergeant Dinesh Thevar, was hit in the neck when Song swung his right hand at him.

Moral of the story - Company CEO also cannot hit policeman.

Don't ya ya kepala and get too big a head. Honestly, my view, $8,800 is too cheap for him - after he hit 2 policemen.

How drunk you are you still must have control:D
