SINGAPORE - A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the death of a 62-year-old woman at Yishun on December 9.

Police said they received information about an injured person at Blk 875 Yishun Street 81 at around noon on December 9. A woman was taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital but died about an hour later.

The male suspect was arrested on Tuesday and will face the murder charge in court on Thursday.

If convicted, he could be sentenced to death.
