Man, 43, accused of molesting another man, 33, in Raffles Place gym​

A 43-year-old man is expected to be charged on Sept 23 with outrage of modesty in a Market Street gym at Raffles Place.

He is accused of molesting a 33-year-old man there on Oct 21, 2024.

Through follow-up investigations, the police managed to establish the suspect's identity.

He is one of nine men to be charged on the same day for separate cases of molestation or outrage of modesty.

In another case, a 54-year-old man allegedly molested a 44-year-old woman at a bar along River Valley Road on March 15, 2025.

He was arrested at the scene by police officers who attended to the incident.

He will be charged with one count of outrage of modesty, which carries an imprisonment term up to three years, a fine, caning or any combination of such punishments.
