Man, 21, arrested for alleged trespassing

SINGAPORE - The police have arrested a 21-year-old man who is believed to have committed house trespassing into a Lengkok Bahru home.
Officers first received a report of house trespass in the Lengkok Bahru area on Apr 4 at about 4.30 am. They arrested the suspect in the same area later at about 12.30 pm.
Preliminary investigations are ongoing to determine the suspect's involvement in other cases of theft.
The suspect will be charged in court on Apr 6 for offence of House Trespass, under Section 451 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224. He can be jailed up to seven years.
