北马率先投票的吉打和槟城一些区部因电子投票系统出现问题引发混乱，甚至有不同阵营的人马大打出手，导致三人被捕，至少八个区部被迫展延投票。
（吉隆坡综合讯）马来西亚人民公正党创党以来最激烈的党选昨天（9月22日）开始投票，但北马率先投票的吉打和槟城一些区部因电子投票系统出现问题引发混乱，甚至有不同阵营的人马大打出手，导致三人被捕，至少八个区部被迫展延投票。
公正党本次党选首次使用电子投票系统，也是全马首个使用电子投票的政党。全马80万名公正党党员从昨日起至下月28日，投票选出党中央和区部领袖，选举成绩预料会在10月底或11月初出炉。
公正党实权领袖安华已于8月5日提名参选主席后不战而胜，因此本次党选的重头戏是署理主席之争。署理主席候选人拉菲兹前晚在竞选活动上再次质疑寻求蝉联的阿兹敏对安华的忠诚度，表示公正党各州联委会都已表态支持安华，唯独雪兰莪州公正党迟迟未有动静。阿兹敏目前是公正党雪州联委会主席。
也是公正党原任副主席的拉菲兹周五晚在雪州沙亚南出席“烈火莫熄”运动20周年庆活动时说，安华不战而胜成为公正党新任主席后，雪州公正党至今都没有发布任何信函表示支持安华。“其他州属都同意了，登嘉楼发声明说他们支持（安华），森美兰、联邦直辖区、玻璃市、彭亨等，都表态支持，但至今雪州还未发布支持声明。”
他更揭露，数名雪州公正党党员也质疑安华上阵森州波德申国会议席补选的决定。
拉菲兹和阿兹敏都是公正党大将，两人不和的消息时有所闻，而本次党选让这两大阵营的派系斗争浮出水面。不过，公正党前署理主席赛胡先阿里认为，这次党选不会造成公正党分裂。

他说，不管选举结果如何，他相信阿兹敏和拉菲兹都不会离开公正党。“有人说若阿兹敏输了会退党，拉菲兹输了则会分裂党。我不这么认为，任何一人输了，他们还是会团结在一起。”

公正党选委会秘书依斯迈说，吉打的15个投票区部当中，有八个被迫展延投票。
至于同样在昨天投票的13个槟城公正党区部，尽管也出现技术问题，但最终都完成投票。公正党党选采用直选制，不同州属会在不同日期投票，今天轮到霹雳与玻璃市州，接下来依序是马六甲、柔佛、吉兰丹、登嘉楼、彭亨、联邦直辖区、雪州、森州、砂拉越及最后一天（10月28日）投票的沙巴。
