I dunno what they use to counter.. It will intercept.. The ship don't just sit there and wait to be bombed.
Those are counter measures, used to jam the homing or tracking device.
South East Asian countries are SUCKERS wasting their tax $$ to Western Countries arm dealers selling "spears" and "shields" for a profit. For every heavy weight super torpedo there is a counter measure. Both costs exorbitant $$$ in the stupid arms race ending with the West laughing all the way to the bank.
South East Asian countries should wise up and spend their tax $$ more on social development (hospitals, education, family welfare etc)
