Getting so hysterical over 20 people chasing after a ball. Boys will be boys!

Why are they not arrested for their rowdy and threatening behavior?

Why is the police not tough on hooligans?

Why is there no tear gas or pepper spray to subdue these dangerous people?

Imagine a family with children having dinner at the coffeeshop there, or going for a swim at the public pool. Their safety would be threatened.
