Democracy means whoever wins help everyone, regardless of who voted or did not vote for them.

Mahathir is upset because many of his Chinese tycoon friends have abandoned him. They don't need him anymore or have given up on Malaysia.

Do you realize that for Chinese to do well in life, the parents have to make huge sacrifices? Chinese don't expect to secure a place in the public universities, so the parents have to save loads to send them overseas or if they can't afford that, to the private universities. Scholarships are seldom offered to the Chinese. If you are a Chinese, you can forget about professional courses ...so, if you want to be a doctor, you go overseas to get trained.

Not 5%... it is 15%. Malays don't have to worry about arranging for financing etc because they can go to Cawangan Kerumahan and make their selections there... financing arranged through Cawangan Kerumahan.
