The marginalized Malaysians are facing soaring cost of inflation and poor wages.

With the greedy Sultans, politicians and Chinese looting the country, Malaysia looks set to become the next Sri Lanka or face a military coup after Eid al-Adha.

Are we going down the road of Sri Lanka?

But gomen too scared to remove it for fear of losing coming elections. Result? RM will continue to fall.

The property’s land area measures 30,954 square feet and is situated in the Bukit Timah area, right next to the prestigious Sixth Avenue.

4. Ian Ang, Secretlab CEO

Ian Ang is sitting pretty thanks to the success of Secretlab, the gaming chair company that he co-founded. According to sleuthing by The Business Times, the buyer is believed to be Tommy Ong, founder and CEO of Stamped.io, an e-commerce marketing platform that was recently acquired by WeCommerce Holdings.

and many many many more

just like russkie officials may foam at their mouth pretending to oppose yankees but their own family members like to live in the comforts and racial and cultural familiarity of ang moh west

and their businessmen, investors, young entrepreneurs, software developers favour racially and culturally familiar zionist terrorist entity and turkey, no matter what their politicians say, rather than Iran or Saudi or Tiongkok or CECA virus or Belarus.

in the same way, no matter what CCP big wigs or comrade Xi might say in public, it's reported his own daughter studied in yankee territory (and so did he in the past , so much for 5000 year civilization which were all lost due to cultural revolution anyway) and tiongkok plutocrats, rich tycoons and peasants alike choose the racial and cultural familiarity of fellow slanties like japs hongkies stinkypura gooks and even taiwan with the attendant risk of a future full blown war, rather than their fellow commies in vietcong norkies or iron brothers in pakistan or religious mentor ceca virus or other buddies like iran russkies saudi uae or such.

so yeah if you we're talking abt proximity to tiongkok, in the asean region, for tiongkok masses, not politburo elites, it's got to be stinkypura

Singapore has seen a very healthy demand for GCBs from foreign investors and HNWIs overseas since 2020. Chinese nationals made up the largest group of foreign buyers, accounting for up to 35 per cent of purchases each month, along with newly minted Singapore citizens from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, despite Singapore being ranked

i was surprised to find Malaysia imports most of its food

astonishing

what's lacking? if younger gen of jiuhu dont want to work in agriculture, no problemo. invite 50 million Bangla in with condition they can be awarded a certain plot of land to till, and own, provided they can supply certain amount of food (type and amount to be specified in contract) to Malaysian domestic market.

just last year bangla total cereal production was more than 60 million tons? with tiny landmass abt same as peninsular malaysia

maxresdefault.jpg

so bangla actually outperforms all other countries in above list for productivity per unit area

50 millon bangla
imported to Malaysia, 20 million working in kelantan pahang kedah langkawi, and 30 million in sabah sarawak can produce food for 500 million people easy. plenty of land resources water population.

after satisfying domestic demand of Malaysia, surplus food can be exported to Bangla on a first priority basis, and then to brotherly countries in Middle East and desert countries who can't grow enough food (seriously? can't even grow food such a simple thing oso cannot meh?)

this can also improve current account balance, and improve economy. domestically politics will also tilt more heavily towards the native community.

Dont worry about it. Any country with sufficient number of Chinese population will be in good hands. Without hard-working Chinese, things could get worse.

Palm oil is too lucrative. Every available land is for palm oil cultivation and now its mega durian plantation.
Rice plantation returns too dismal.vegetable now tajkn over by banglas as state gomen only give one or two year leases renewabke. How to finance modern agriculture?
For palm oil, they get up to 60 year lease if jv with state gomen.

Sorry to burst your bubble. China was a shithole for many centuries. Only the last few decades were they having some semblance of money.

Why limit to tiongkok only?

ALL slanty territories are shitholes in one way or the other and always have been.

ALL slanty countries are either absolute totalitarian autocratic dictatorial one party states and such, or just vassals and puppet states of yanks or ang mohkia. worst is stinkypura coz it got the worst out of both, an autocratic dictatorial lee dynasty in a one party state, and also a vassal state and a puppet of the yanks.

in terms of vehicles per capita, leaders in ASEAN are malaysia and brunei. both malay. stinkypura competing with laos and vietnam. :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

80% stinkies live in public housing.

100% of stinkies live in autocratic dictatorial one party shithole with 160th ranked media (ranking can fluctutate, it's still propaganda media)

stinkypura need to drink NEwater (pee water) to make matter worse

seriously comparing with these slanty inferior yellow monkeys infamous for being copycats?

failippines next as new gov is feeling the heat about debt traps caused by prc as a result of (prc) failing to act on funding for 3 major railway projects.
https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-...49-bln-china-backed-rail-projects-2022-07-16/
China trying to export its products and workers by proposing projects that is not beneficial to local economy.
Laos for example cannot afford the railway to china. The volume of cargo and passengers just simply not there.
Current ticket prices are cheap as debt payment has not started yet. Its just for operations.

prc doesn’t have money to loan to these cuntries anymore thus they’re asking these cuntries to borrow from imf and or world bank tying up funds from other cuntries in order to pay ccp for these useless projects - daylight robber asking you to beg and borrow from others so as to hand over their money.
