Like i said, cyclist should not be on highways. It's illegal even in the UK.
In this case, the cyclist was hit intentionally. That is a intent to commit murder.
At the same time, cycling not in a single line is also illegal.
The mats in the car seems like they are high on drugs.
This is why I prefer to cycle alone. Safer. Save time. No need to wait for entire group to come. Cycling in Jiu hu kampung roads no problem.
