As a country who has an opportunity to manufacture this product Singapore die die will not turn it down without any concern for anyone. This is PAP. I use quite a lot of thsi stuff in my production. Expensive stuff, past 12 months price more than doubled knn

Well, China is now flushed with TiO2 manufacturers - trying hard to sell their products. The problem with the PRC made is that users are quite wary of their consistency. Here might be some useful info for you.
