Probably a reaction to recent events-my guess is the unpopular chap calling locals thuggish and a disgrace (in defence of the pappy's beloved Pinoys )and saying sillipore belongs to all including foreigners.

Any historian/political scientist/political philosopher knows if there is such precedents in other countries ever-I mean a PM that goes all out to alienate locals in favour of foreigners?
