Finally, Mahathir may find out that he is not above the law.

Malaysians have balls. The Speaker has balls. The King has balls. The NGOs have balls.

Singapore? look at the ministers, the speaker, the lawyers, the judges...do they have balls?

Dont rule out Muhyiddin
If Muhyiddin become PM then surely Mahathir is his advisor or mentor Minister. This work out alright as Mahathir is very old and wont last long even he become PM so another fight on position again. Thats why Muhyiddin is good fit

So its strictly a 2 horse race, Anwar and Muhyiddin,,,,but its also a deadlock. So it will have to be determined by the King Makers,,,,most likely UMNO etc will win...but Muhyiddin will win...and also get sabotage by Madhatter who does it all the time...

KUALA LUMPUR: United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) and Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) have pledged their support for Mr Muhyiddin Yassin to be Malaysia’s next prime minister.
This came on the heels of a statement from Mr Muhyiddin’s Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) that all of its 36 MPs are backing him to take over the top post, effectively putting him on equal footing with Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) candidate Mr Anwar Ibrahim.

UMNO has 39 members of parliament (MP) while PAS has 18, said a joint statement signed by both parties’ secretaries-general Mr Annuar Musa and Mr Takiyuddin Hassan.
Bersatu’s 36 are believed to be 26 of its current MPs and 10 from Mr Azmin Ali’s faction which earlier quit Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).
Separately, Malaysian Chinese Association and Malaysian Indian Congress have also backed Mr Muhyiddin. They have three seats in the parliament combined.
This brings the total number of MPs who have openly expressed support for Mr Muhyiddin to 96.

Earlier, the PH presidential council declared that Mr Anwar, who is PKR president, commands the majority of support in the House of Representatives.
The three-party PH coalition has 92 MPs.
Political alliances based in Borneo, including Parti Warisan Sabah and Gabungan Parti Sarawak are now seen as potential kingmakers. They have more than 25 seats in total.
There are 222 seats in the Malaysian parliament.
This story is developing.

KUALA LUMPUR, February 28 — Gabungan Parti Sarawak is now holding all the cards as to who becomes Malaysia’s 8th prime minister as they are scheduled to announce their choice on March 1.

Sarawak deputy chief minister and Parti Rakyat Sarawak president Tan Sri James Masing told the Straits Times the coalition would reveal if they are supporting current front runner Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin then.
“GPS will make our stand as regard to Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on March 1,” he is quoted saying.

GPS, which has 18 MPs, is the biggest bloc that has yet to announce its stance and whose votes will decide who becomes the next prime minister.

Earlier, Umno and PAS announced that they would be backing Bersatu’s Muhyiddin as prime minister, giving him 93 MPs — just one MP ahead of Pakatan Harapan’s Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Barisan Nasional (BN) secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor later announced that all three of the coalition’s component parties Umno, MCA and MIC (with 39 MPs, two MPs, and one MP respectively) had agreed to nominate Muhyiddin as prime minister to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
With BN’s confirmation of its 42 MPs fully backing Muhyiddin, this means that there are now 96 MPs backing him as compared to the 92 MPs backing Anwar.
At the time of writing, the number of MPs who have not made their stand known for either Muhyiddin or Anwar stands at 34, including the 18 MPs from GPS, nine MPs from Sabah’s Parti Warisan Sabah and seven other MPs.

Muhyiddin as PM, Anwar as DPM. Both are still better choice for Malaysia than HSK and CCS for Singapore.
