the big 4 ceca contractors use bait and switch tactics when selling services to s&p 500 companies. use a-team to market and drum up business; switch them to b-team during probational period; switch b to c-team when contract is secured and probation period is over. if a company gets dumped with d-teams, the result is dung. 69% of cecas on h1b are of the d for dung category.
