Public service announcement:

Need to disable and re-enable WAN on router to restore connection.

Those who still got problem by now requires the ISP to purge the multiple IP addresses assigned to the fibre modem.

m1 is a small local company of the past, times are changing. better switch to singtel which is the big brother of telco.

normally, reset router will work if not that is M1's problem.

When i reset mine totally no Internet

You call their helpdesk now, they will tell you to troubleshoot:

1. Is the Internet Led blinking or working, if no, they will send someone down.

2. If yes, they will tell you to try plugging your laptap via LAN cable to the fibre modem and check if there is internet.

3. If Yes, they will tell you that it is none of their business. (But it doesn't mean your router will work)*

4. If no, you tell them don't waste time, ask them to purge all the IP addresses linked to your modem.

5. Wait for 15-20min. If it still doesn't work, it means, the tech support is working from home so they haven't purge the multiple IP addresses attached to your modem. Then ask them to send people down to your place.

Once they send someone down, sure works.
