Nothing beats that personal touch when an apology is made by SMS. Almost as sincere as using Facebook I suppose.

She didn't apologize the last time a breakdown occured even though the disruption was longer.

Not that the apology makes a difference. I want to move to another Telco but the problem is that they all all seem to be the same.
 
M1 is the most fxxk up among the 3 telco with or without the latest breakdown... used to use Singtel ..drive and talk from ECP changi to Jurong without breakage....knn, now using M1, can drop line as many as 5x !!

Starhub's call quality and coverage was also quite bad when it started business.
 
Give u free call on Sunday when u are most probably at home and won't use the phone much? Lol

M1 customers, standby this Sunday and use the free talktime to call M1 and verbally fuck its customer service reps. :D
