dis m&d really damn suay...kena jailed 6 yrs for nothing...originally kena death penalty together with his young bro in murder case..but later somehow found not guilty so release by the judge after 6 yrs in jail.....knn WTF an innocent man nearly sent to hang for nothing... 六年前110刀冷血谋杀案：兄今早无罪释放　弟被判死刑不变

兄弟以超过110刀杀害老妇命案，原本被判处死刑的哥哥，日前逃过死刑，他今早更在被还押6年后，获判无罪释放。

这对兄弟在2009年因串谋劫杀老妇谭颖娟（69岁），被判处死刑。哥哥是42岁的伊斯米，弟弟是35岁的莫哈末。

这起冷血谋杀案，发生在2005年5月6日早上8时到下午2时之间，地点是文礼道第185座组屋5楼的一个单位。

It appears that in this case, he got away on a technicality.
Supposedly problematic confession, etc.
Who on earth knows whether he also had the intention to kill the old lady or not? There's only his brother and him who know.
