Lung cancer

U r right! Actually 2nd hand smoke is deadlier than 1st hand smoke. My cousin in law lost an aunty to 2nd hand smoke too while her heavy smoking father in law is still alive and healthy.

When my friend found out she had cancer she took the alternative route.
Went to Malacca where they were teaching people with serious illnesses coping skills: exercise, destressing exercises, what to eat, how best to prepare the food, etc

From what I understand she survived longer than others who also had cancer but took only the medical route.

Hope eating all these helps.

A sober word for smokers: Dont change your brand. My auntie did that to save $ from a higher end brand to a cheapo one; because she was axed from her company due to her age.
Next i knew she was suffering from the dreaded COPD and had Lung cancer shortLy thereafter.
As she was chiLdLess, i did aLL her funeraL arrangements. That was some 5 years ago.

My old man died of lung cancer almost 10 yrs ago before he even turn 55. The first sign he had any problems was surprising knee joint pain. He was a heavy smoker so for those of U who smoke, better stop.

Can't assume that her death was caused by the brand change. It could just just have been her time after years of smoking.

If onLy you are a smoker..that's where i am standing taLking to you.Changing brand means changing your body's
'acceptance' of a new toxin.Dont know if i can equate things in this way though..
