This is a serious reply, not trolling.

Several studies have shown that playing PC games of the "Portal" series (ie. Portal 1, Portal 2, Portal Stories Mel, Portal 2 : Thinking with Time Machine, etc), improves IQ and prevents dementia more effectively than Lumosity and other similar IQ brain training software.

This is because Portal is essentially a physics-based IQ game which also requires dexterity of hand-eye brain coordination. In other words, it forces you to exercise multiple aspects of your IQ and brain, in order to progress in the game.

I've played and completed Portal 1, Portal 2, Portal Stories Mel (including the Advanced modes of these games), and can attest to the effectiveness of these games as brain exercises.

They are cheaply available for purchase on Steam (a Valve platform, Valve is also the creator & owner of the Portal series) for PC.
