This guy is moron and this is the problem when you have ministers who have no private sector experience.
No private company has incentives to improve productivity if they are making big profits.
The only time when productivity becomes an issue is when companies are making losses.
One of those few occasions where you speak with the right frame of mind....must be the weeds.
