That one sure in billions. That time I watched a documentary on Suzhou's apartment and one PRC showing off his lovely Suzhou apartment in a fabulous environment courtesy of PAP.

So who is accountable for this one? Who approved of the project? How much was spent and wasted (building cost + demolition cost).?????????

That is why whenever there is a new project or a new person who appears in SG, a ministar or ministar of state should immediately be assigned to that project or that person. If the project is fucked up or the person fucks up, the office holder is immediately held accountable.

There won't be any accountability until they are voted out once or there is an imminent possibility of them being voted out.

Until that happens, Ministar Toothpick Zorro should be accountable for any person or project which fucks up.
