i was quite positive on the Cabinet changes, and remain so. but i must say i'm a little bit disappointed that (taking PM's comments at face value) the PAP, and esp these 3 ministers, chose not to disclose to voters their desire to retire. while the 3 GRCs (Bishan-TPY, Tampines, East Coast) continue to each have a full minister, voters must've thought they were voting for 2 ministers, not 1, in each PAP slate.
