Just like claims of hacking or spying. Pretty sure CIA is trying 24/7 to hack into Chinese computers just like Chinese are doing the same. If not then CIA chief should be fired. In fact Israelis were caught spying on the US too.

I rather think it is the reversed. That missiles' speed & technical data are already well known to everyone that can use google.com they will not use their latest missiles but just spend the near expiry date old stocks to QC the stock like in exercises and check weather their stocks need to be written off or can still be used. There is no value to mark the radars nor the launch sites because they are just mobile items on wheels. 15 mins after shooting you they will be driven off else where for meals, and they are trained not to remain at the same spot once they exposed themselves. Otherwise they will be sitting ducks for incoming attacks.

What you pointed out applies when and only when there was latest prototype missile under test, and they need some intel.

Drones are not challenging missile targets at all. They have no survival counter-measures to guard against any attempts to shoot them off the sky.
