Love Story: Clairis never fails to shut me up with her kisses
STOMPer Alvin and his girlfriend may quarrel often, but he says she never fails to shut him up with her kisses.

"I texted her, 'Must come ok? My birthday chalet lacks pretty girls'.
"And that’s how we ended up together.
"Clairis has a strong defensive attitude which I must admit, I couldn’t tolerate.
"In quarrels, she’ll never admit to losing. But it has been 16 months, and we’re still happily enjoying each other’s companion.
"Because despite her flaws, she’s the sweetest girlfriend I’ve ever had.
"She never fails to shut me up with her kisses, she never fails to turn rainstorms into rainbows, she never fails to surprise me with gifts that I've been secretly saving up for, and no matter how many times I walked away from her, she always provided me the key back to her heart.
"Our last quarrel was a chaotic one, and I could no longer stand the stress she was giving me.
"I broke up with her, and was determined not to continue this loveship even if she were to try to salvage it.
"In our past breakups, she would just SMS to lecture me, even to the extent where harsh words came out.
"But this time, she called me on the phone, cried and begged me for one last chance persistently even though I was giving cold replies and ignoring her pleas.
"For a girl with an attitude and a high sense of pride, she actually did that.
"I was very surprised and touched. While she was crying, I came to realise how imprtant I was to her, I realised how wasted it would be if I were to give this relationship up.
"My heart melted and I broke down eventually.
"There’s a saying, ‘We come to love not by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly’.
"She is imperfect, but she is irreplaceable.
