yes, i agree with short bouts of intense training. sit-ups, push-ups, dumbell exercises, and 1-hr cycling a day. don't need the gym. and no need for long drawn-out tour de sinkapore that lasts hours. not forgetting collecting cardboards. went from 32 on my waist to 30. the problem is i have to buy new jeans and re-alter all my dress pants again. and punch new holes in my belts.
