very simple, take photos or video of engine running for 5 mins and sent to NEA and demand they followup and fine driver/ company $500. its in the law taht any stationary diesel engine left running for >5 mins is subject to fine. nowadays too manuy diesel engines and casuing pollution and they are the worrst as you breath in the air and causes heart attack. F@rk the driver ooff and snap thier phoots is what I do.

Where I live one ah neh will drive the same type of truck as picture, come around 9pm, with loud Indian music you can hear the truck from far off. When arrived, music blaring engine running, waiting for his tangaci...the name of the freght company can be seen on the sides...until someone quietly called the freight company...
Instead on complainng to STOMP...the person should go down take note of the vehicle number & make, & look at the driver side, the name of the company...and call...
