Looking for recommendations: Private Buddhist Columbariums​

Hello! My parents (both alive and healthy) are looking for options for private Buddhist columbarium for their future resting place. Does anyone have any reviews or recommendations for one? They prefer somewhere that is clean and peaceful, freehold with regular cleaning and maintenance. The one that we were quoted was $33K for a double nice. For alternatives, I can only find Nirvana and Ling San Temple which has the MLM/condo launch vibe, and Woodlands Memorial. Thanks!

Enquired 10 years before,
The cheapest is Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, beside it there is another one Tse Tor Aum(not too sure they house the columbarium)
Should be quite expensive now and limited space at that time, The Singapore Buddhist Lodge @ Kim Yam Rd
