Do WP’s Bernard Chen knows that the best time to do house visits are during night time or weekends where most people are at home?

Or does he expects the officers to do house visits during the day time when majority of people are out at work? So they will not have to work OT and losing their work-life balance?

By following the MP, the officers would know what is happening on the ground to know the issues they are facing and they can facilitate the issues faster than just waiting for the MP to write to the relevant agencies the next day. This is call efficiency.
