There are Singaporeans who had gone over to Malaysia & work....their bumiputra policy was to protect the Malays & their government have modified it in the Malaysian plans over the many decades....this policy not fool proof, does works; but it is racially slanted though.

Every country will look after its own shitizens first in terms of housing, jobs and places in schools and hospitals.
