Out skin-deep media is going all out to blame KTVs for the outbreak. It appears that they manage to convince the nation that KTVs are to blame for the massive Covid outbreak, despite the massive daily import of COVID-19 cases from high-risk areas, in bid to save Singapore Airlines.
Now, there are also outbreaks in local private schools & construction companies but goes unmentioned in local press because foreigners are important to Singapore.
The KTV staffs are already working in Singapore for months before getting infected here. It is like saying we can link all covid cases to MRT passengers. We are merely using KTVs as a scapegoat for the our policy failures to support Changi Airport and Singapore Airlines.
