Maybe Suharto was wealthier. After all he had access to Indonesia which is a huge a rich with all it's natural resources.

In the case of LKY he's been in power for 50 years. He's had plenty of oppurtunity to pillage with impunity. When you consider that ALL his expenses are covered by the state: day to day expenses, car, free utility, bodyguard, travel, no income taxes, etc..., one can only guess the billions & billions he has amassed. He might even be the richest man in the world
