Contrast our MM with the Pope. The Pope is supposed to stay in office until mati. He has decided to break with tradition to go when he cannot add value or perform. My point is that the Old Man can say he stay in the office till the very end (even though it not designed to be that way ) but the Pope has decided to step down even he can very stay in power till the very end. See the difference!
