Living in Philippines

Hi folks,

Was talking to an old friend and he mentioned that he just bought an apartment in Bonifacio Global City for about SGD100k!

I thought the price is quite reasonable. Any bros here got any feedback or comments about living and investing in an apartment in Makati or BGC?

Are there hidden costs? Understand there is VAT and capital gains tax.

Thks folks!

hidden cost is after a typhoon strikes. you need to cough up for the repair costs.

if your apartment is still around!

I guess if the apartment is made of solid concrete, it shouldn't have any impact? Different if it is an earthquake.
