In the days that followed, the 2 greatest clubs in the world Real Madrid and AC Milan stopped their game at 6 mins and observed a minute's silence.

In the background, some Milan fans even broke out into "You'll Never Walk Alone" as the ultimate sign of unity in tragedy.

Never forgot the Hilsborough tragedy..had set the VHS recorder to tape the FA Cup semi...and when played back later, in horrors to see a taping a tragedy unfolding..instead of a match being played..unfortunately the VHS tape became moldy..if not I will still have a record of this unfortunate event...
