The Russian military journalists was recording from within the parade troops among the participants in Putin's Victory Day Parade 2017, Moscow Red Square.

Without specifically talking about their huge nukes in the parade, they said soldiers parade with fully loaded arms and weapons, real bang-bangs, not empty show pieces alike SG52 Wayang NDPs.
In SAF I used to run false guard duties patrols in the camps without loaded guns, and was told the guards outside Istana Gates had their firing pins removed, so that they can not shoot LKY & LHL.
