The frogs used are freshly culled, though not particularly big, but they are fresh tasting, quite meaty and packed the most smooth, tender and succulent flesh ever. This alone is a reason good enough for you to try frogs if you haven’t before.
The signboard says it all....$16 for 2+1 = 3 frogs!

Chye Seng Huat Hardware, is one of the most popular cafes/coffee places in Singapore right now.
From the outside, Chye Seng Huat Hardware looks like a run-down hardware shop – but don’t be deceived by its name and exterior, because it is actually a very hip coffee bar. In addition to the coffee bar, it also features a roastery, a coffee school and a private coffee tasting room.
I am a big fan of jazz and bossa nova. It wouldn’t be jazz without one or two surprise finds lately, and the intimate Sultan Jazz Bar at Sultan Hotel. The nostalgic yet sophisticated environment and cosy ambience makes it a perfect place to hang out with your love ones. It is situated inside the very enchanting setting of the Sultan Hotel within the vibrant and historical conservation area of Kampong Glam.
