Lionel de Souza with PM Lee, DPM Teo, Heng Swee Keat and Khaw Boon Wan.

Desmond Choo is too young to know that Lionel the dog was the most corrupt cop in town.

If not for the heavy downpour that day in the Jln Besar area, he would have been arrested for taking a bribe from the gambling den operator.

A body search was carried out on him, but no evidence was found cos he threw away his bundle of $50 notes into the monsoon drain and the money was washed away.

Desmond used to be a Senior Officer with SPF before joining NTUC.. Even though Desmond joined the Force years after the retirement of old dog Lionel, he could had heard before past stories about the old dog from his other senior colleagues.. Even my NS buddy who joined the Force in the late 90s knew of the exploits of this Lionel from his other senior colleagues who used to be in the same station as that rogue old bastard..

Being a high flier in the SPF, not likely DC moved around with officers who knew The Dog's real background. Maybe DC even heard of The Dog's achievements while in service from those ignorant senior officers. Scholars are a sheltered lot. They are only good in putting up papers here and there. Sadly, these project papers are hardly applicable in the real world. If I had the opportunity to brief DC, he would resign from the SPF asap.

To get rid of Lionel is very easy. Just write in to LHL and tell him the stories regarding Lionel and ask LHL why is the PAP having close relations with such a character. After 5 - 10, LHL will undertake his own investigation and then we won't have to hear another doggy moment from Lionel for a long time.

So all those who know of issues with Lionel or who were victims of his nonsense, please send your claims to LHL. Please do your part towards nation-building. We should not allow low lives to take the easy way our of their crimes against Singaporeans by kissing the arse of the PAPzis.

That's right. Goes to show that PAP balls carriers can't even snap a decent photo. And the farkers in the photo all dare not step into light.

The photo looks like it was taken with a Nokia handphone from 10 years ago. These balls carriers need to upgrade.

This Lionel is a real piece of work. Acting like some senior police advisor in news reports and articles by giving his comments. In the past, i assumed he was some high ranking retired police officer. The truth really hurts.

yes i think its a great idea.
Lionel the dog is not of the protected species kind.......he is expendable and will be dropped like a hot potato.
i wonder if the fact he still haven gotten what he deserved is because he now wear white? He enemies under the impression he has backing?
quite smart of the bastard to jump from one mafia organisation to the next...

If LHL's doggies are doing their work, they would have reported to him after reading so many reports about Lionel the corrupt mata-kia.

Wa..Ha..Ha..Ha.. back then during schooldays in the 90s, I used to buy and read the TNP and the Shit Times.. Every few months when the press reported a crime case or a gang related case, this old dog would be interviewed by the reporter for his views as an experienced ex CID cop..

KNN, back then I used to think that he's one senior top cop because the press didn't mentioned his old rank in the force.. I only knew he was just a lowly cheebye Sgt when my NS buddy joined the force and told me about this Cheebye Kia pathetic Sgt rank..

They can't be bothered, so long as you toe their line. How many PBMs are "CLEAN"?
Scratching each others back.

I too thought tat he was some big shot in SPF. He always like to comment on police issues and gave hs opinions on how it should be handle. Now that his rank is known, it is akin to Saf 3sg given a Briefing on some battalion tactics.

You are damn right. Usually when a newspaper ask someone for an opinion on a subject, I would assume they will look for the cream of the crop. To seek comments from a an ex-Sergeant is hitting rock bottom for local journalism.
