A man riding a Personal Mobility Device (PMD) on the road got into an altercation with the driver of a BMW car, where according to the BMW driver, the former allegedly punched the back of his car.
A video published on Facebook page SG Road Vigilante, shows that the incident occurred at about 8.45am on Thursday (Nov 28) along Enggor Street in Tanjong Pagar.
Pappies should allow only law abiding whitemen, PS and other foreigners to work and live in SG, not scumbags.
