under the SDP Bannner in Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC By Election.
Lim Tean is still considering .

LHL does not have unfettered discretion whether to hold a by-election. SDP has a valid case to bring LHL to court as Halimah is a minority part of the GRC. That is an important part of the GRC team. Without a minority member, the marsiling GRC team does not keep with the spirit of the Constitution.

SDP has given LHL enough time. The red line has been crossed. Now SDP will bring LHL to court to get a judicial judgement to compel LHL to hold a BE at Marsiling. Let us see how the Court rules on this
