Lim Chin Siong died on 5 Feb 1996 and it is around 5 Feb 2015 that Lee Hsien Loong had cancer and Lee Hsien Loong announced his cancer spread on 15 Feb 2015, about 20 years after the demise of Lim Chin Siong.
