Likely identity of Dr Joseph Ong's stalker and SBF Scroobal's expose

This was re-posted from an email from a friend of Dr Joseph Ong and has been posted elsewhere on Facebook. It is supposed to be within her inner circle only and so we are omitting the details and summarizing the gist of it.
We are posting this to warn Sammyboy forumers that their identities may already have been exposed.
This stalker is a long-time forumer of the old Sammyboy Delphi Forum before it was transferred to the new forum three years ago. He has a history of stalking and harassing other people in the past for no good reasons whatsoever. One of his past victims was a lawyer from an opposition party in Singapore whom he accused of commiting adultery with a client's wife. He was flaming him for an entire year and the matter was even reported in Shin Min Daily with photographs taken of his law film. Another poor blogger was also flamed mercilessly by him for two years.
In the new Sammyboy forum, he used the monikers of "TRWatch", "wayangpartyclub", "Thick Face Black Heart", "cleareyes" and a host of other clones where he posted using TOR network or proxies most of the time except in a few instances from his office. He was attacking Temasek Review, accusing it of plagiarism for an entire year in 2009 before switching the attention to Dr Ong last year October.
He lives and works in Singapore and is reportedly a member of an opposition party. He has met up with a few forumers from Sammyboy forum including its moderator "Scroobal" whose IP address (Singtel) has been traced by Dr Ong's IT forensics team and passed to the Singapore police. Scroobal is famous for spilling leaks on the private lives of PAP leaders like Shanmugam and Foo Mee Har.
He is suspected to have links with two founding members of a popular socio-political blog based in Singapore (not TR) who were alleged to have tailed Dr Ong and taken photographs of him secretly when he attended the minibond rallies in 2008. They reportedly circulated his photographs around to ask for his identity.
The stalker was one of the photographers at the SDP pre-election rally on 24 September 2011. Dr Ong attended the rally with a friend where photographs of him were taken, blown up and used in his defamatory article on a notorious U.S. Porn site to defame him.
Dr Ong has already narrowed the list of suspects to three persons and has engaged private investigators to investigate the matter. He was unfazed by the harassment as it does not affect his career, adding that he was not very keen to pursue the matter initially, but was compelled to do so now to protect his friends and colleagues who were harassed by this stalker in the latest episode. They were advised to lodge separate police reports on the harassment by this stalker. Past victims of this psychotic stalker may like to contact Dr Ong to sue him together once his identity is out. He needs to see a psychiatrist urgently and get himself treated before he hurts more innocent people.
Dr Ong implored his contacts who know the person of “TRWatch”, "wayangpartyclub", "Thick Face Black Heart" or "cleareyes" in real life to step forward and inform the Investigating Officer ASP Jonathan Chua at [email protected] (tel: 6218 000) to confirm his identity. The police has classified the case as 'criminal intimidation' and the case no is CM-3926-10.
