Lights will be turned off and boxes under tables and storerooms brought out.....after the 100 ballot slips are sampled.....
If not, I see no real good purpose why the need to sample 100 ballot slips......
So there is sufficient time to bring the boxes to affected areas.
The erection dept wants to wash hands off from implication when caught......so it has to make the 100 sample results public.
