Some HDB blocks have a lower units/lift density than private apartments.

Some of the upgrading is done so stupidly. All the lifts are not connected so they work very inefficiently.

Some of the upgrading has made some estates very, very ugly.

Someone shoud look into the contracts awarded for these lift upgrading.
