Tried this morning .... only exercise quite embarassing was the abs contraction ... did a few times when i ...... siti behind me !!![]()
Many of the exercises found on http://transformetrics.com/exercises can be done using isometric principles.
That's were you can vary the intensity, rather than just doing X number of repetitions.
To get the most out of these exercises, you should do them in 2 to 3 sets. The number of repetitions will depend on how intense you do them.
Here is the guideline given in the book:
moderate intensity 8 - 10 repetitions, 3 sets
heavy intensity 6-8 repetitions, 2-3 sets
very heavy intensity 3-5 repetitions, 2 sets
