世上應沒有其他的民主國家如我國一般，在司法制度上有著一個那樣鮮活的恥辱印記了吧。陳水扁保外就醫的現況，無疑是向我們的司法體系不斷地吐口水，而司法因此暴露了受到政治操弄真相，更是國人集體的羞恥。
陳水扁的真實體況，是絕對可以持續完成其刑期的；他之所以可以活得這樣逍遙自在，全然是一群醫生胡說八道的結果，且還以此阻卻陳水扁涉及其餘案件之審判進程。而我們就只能眼睜睜地看著一個貪污犯，因為當過總統，所以莫明其妙地以「保外就醫」享受著不知道中華民國哪一部法律中的哪一條給予的司法特權。
翻看我國的獄史與現狀，哪一個人可以跟陳水扁有著一樣的權利？監獄中比他更有資格申請保外就醫者所在多有，但法務部的嚴謹與專斷，對多少狀況真正貼近死亡的受刑人放寬過？且得以保外就醫者，誰人不是夾著尾巴過日子，有誰如陳水扁那般地高調？

民進黨過去非常喜歡說「法院是國民黨開的」，但在民主化的三十年裡，實證上法院更貼近民進黨。陳水扁可以如此，難怪一樣因貪污判刑11年定讞的高雄市政府新聞處前機要秘書趙嘉寶，被通緝了還是趴趴走，到現在依舊抓不到！四年多的「逃亡」生涯，趙嘉寶的日子比之於每日得為三餐、孩子學費打拼的多數百姓而言，那真是精彩太多。正如同陳水扁每天爽爽過，身上的案件不但沒有影響他開開心心，反而讓他不斷成為選舉的議題。
這樣的荒唐，天天上映，還有政客可以大言不慚地告訴人民說特赦陳水扁可以使社會和諧。一個對於自己所犯之罪，毫無反省之意的罪犯，人民定然無法原諒。少數所謂的扁迷，自我催眠的「冤枉說」，更不是這個社會的共識。若非如此，蔡政權何以不敢特赦陳水扁？原因不就是一旦這麼幹了，別說什麼和諧，恐怕就會是政權覆滅的催命符！
民進黨常說我們不是一個正常國家，從陳水扁的例子來看，那真是一語中的。沒有一個正常的民主國家，可以容忍這樣的事情，但我們卻「辦到了」。以南韓為例，歷來總統貪污的總統，至少反省秀要做足，才能談其他；而盧武鉉更是跳崖，以生命去回應指責。相較於此，陳水扁真是活在貪污犯的天堂！
這個恥辱的印記，不知道什麼時候才能洗掉？而我們談民主、論法治，在這個髒污不去除的前提下，真是成了道地的笑話。

A new vision of grassroots influence
There should be no other democratic countries in the world, such as ours, and there is such a vivid shameful imprint on the judicial system. The current situation of Chen Shui-bian’s medical treatment outside the hospital is undoubtedly a spit to our judicial system, and the judicial system has exposed the truth of political manipulation and the shame of the collective.
Chen Shui-bian’s true body condition is that he can absolutely complete his sentence; the reason why he can live so freely is the result of a group of doctors who are nonsense, and also hinder Chen Shui-bian’s trial process involving the rest of the case. And we can only watch a corrupt criminal, because I have been a president, so I can enjoy the judicial privilege of which one of the laws of the Republic of China is not known.
Looking at China's prison history and current situation, which person can have the same rights as Chen Shui-bian? Prisons are more qualified than others to apply for medical treatment. However, the rigor and arbitrariness of the Ministry of Justice has relaxed the number of prisoners who are really close to death. And who can get medical treatment from outside, who is not living with a tail, who is as high-profile as Chen Shui-bian?

In the past, the DPP liked to say that "the court was opened by the Kuomintang." However, in the 30 years of democratization, the court was more closely related to the DPP. Chen Shui-bian can do this. It is no wonder that Zhao Jiabao, the former secretary of the Kaohsiung City Government Information Office, who was convicted of corruption for 11 years, was wanted or left. It still cannot be caught! For more than four years of "escape" career, Zhao Jiabao's life is much more exciting than the hundreds of surnames that are spent three meals a day and children's tuition. Just as Chen Shui-bian is refreshing every day, his case has not only affected him to be happy, but has kept him from becoming an election issue.
Such absurdity, released every day, and politicians can tell the people with great bluntness that Chen Shui-bian can make the society harmonious. A criminal who has no introspection for his sin, the people must not forgive. A few so-called flat fans and self-hypnosis are not the consensus of this society. If not, why did Cai Zhengquan not dare to specialize in Chen Shui-bian? The reason is not that once this is done, don't say anything about harmony, I am afraid it will be the reminder of the regime's destruction!
The DPP often said that we are not a normal country. From the example of Chen Shui-bian, it is really a phrase. Without a normal democracy, we can tolerate such a thing, but we have "made it." In South Korea, for example, the president who has always been corrupted by the president, at least to reflect on the show, can only talk about others; and Roh Moo-hyun is jumping off the cliff and responding to accusations with his life. Compared to this, Chen Shui-bian is really a paradise for living in corruption!
The imprint of this shame, do not know when to wash off? And we talk about democracy and the rule of law. Under the premise that this pollution is not removed, it is really a joke.
